Sometimes there are situations where you have to take the help of an expert and you may get damage to your property while digging.

1. Boiling Water 

When something is stuck in the drain like hair, vegetables, etc. You can attack it with boiling water. This water can loosen the blockage area and it can fix your problem. It is not necessary that boiling water will clear all the blockage material at once. But this is a great step to start. 

Follow these steps:-

Firstly, boil the water on your gas stove or tea kettle. Make sure that the water should be so hot that it is boiling well. 

Secondly, Take a bowl of boiling water and pour it directly into the opening drain.

Thirdly, After doing the above steps wait for a while, then see if the water draining happening slowly? If yes then, repeat these steps once a week.

NOTE: If you have installed PVC pipes in your kitchen, then avoid these steps because boiling water can damage or melt the plastic


2. With Soda or Vinegar

Do you want to have drain-sleeving wellington in your house? Obviously no! So you can also clean your drain with soda and vinegar. Some people call it the best alternative of chemical ingredients. Baking Soda and vinegar is the best solution. You can get this baking soda easily from your kitchen. 

Now, follow these steps to unclog the drain with baking soda and vinegar.
Firstly, clean the standing water with any cup or bowl and leave it to dry. 

After drying the drain, then pour one spoon of baking soda into the drain.
You can also push the baking soda if it is necessary.

Then, pour one spoon of vinegar into the opening drain.

Cover it with a steel stopper or any cloth on the opening side of the drain.

Leave for 10-15 minutes for rest.

Open the cover and run the boiling water in the drain 

After doing all this, you will see that your drain is working properly. It is not 100% good but it is enough to fix your drain.

3. Plunger Snake

Have you ever thought of clearing the drain with a plunger snake? This snake is a coiled spiral that goes down your drain and helps to get out of whatever is trapped below. If the snake hits the obstruction/waste material you can pull the handle upwards from the drain. Well, you can also go with an eclectic snake because it is more powerful to tackle the clogged drain.
